Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2025

1. General

These Terms govern use of primepulesolutions.com and classes by primepulesolutions.com LLC, EDRPOU 37278915, Business Center 'Leonardo', 7 Mykhailivska St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce' and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 'On Consumer Protection'.

2. Booking and cancellation

Places are confirmed on booking; prices and terms are shown before you confirm. Pre-contract information on services, price, terms, cancellation and complaint handling is given under Law No. 3153-IX. Cancel at least 12 hours before class by emailing contact@primepulesolutions.com. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.

3. Liability

You take part in physical activity at your own risk and confirm you are fit. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Consumer rights under Law No. 3153-IX are not limited.

4. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@primepulesolutions.com or +380 956 529 9609; we reply within 30 days. You may refer unresolved disputes to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction.

5. Personal data and advertising

We process personal data and non-essential cookies only with your unambiguous consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 4005-IX of 06.06.2024 'On Personal Data Protection'. We make no misleading or unsubstantiated health claims, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 'On Advertising'.
